Thank you, Tina, for your review! I’m happy you enjoyed the recipe. Frozen blueberries sound absolutely amazing – but now that cherries are in season, you should definitely try it out with the traditional fruit!

It was fantastically delicious. Great recipe, and I will be making it again with other fruits. I now own a 12″ skillet, which will be very useful in other recipes as well…..Never too late to own a skillet. Thank you for this recipe.
The whole family enjoyed the French dessert from Limousin.
