					<description><![CDATA[I made the clafoutis for the first time ever with frozen blueberries and I did use the spiced rum.  It was fantastically delicious. Great recipe, and I will be making it again with other fruits.  I now own a 12&quot; skillet, which will be very useful in other recipes as well.....Never too late to own a skillet.  Thank you for this recipe.
The whole family enjoyed the French dessert from Limousin.]]></description>
